Evaluation of Real Estate agents and updating CRM.
Liaise with Real Estate Developers and update marketing with recent projects for marketing campaigns.
Acting as Coacher and Mentor for the team of Real Estate agents.
Recruiting Real Estate agents if necessary.
Business Development Manager responsibilities would include leasing and property management.
