We are a leading computer repair center dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. Our mission is to deliver top-quality repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Care Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, Address inquiries (in-person, phone, email), Provide service and repair information, Assist with service request forms and CRM.

- Appointment Management: Schedule/manage repair appointments, Coordinate with technicians, Confirm appointments and follow-up.

- Administrative Duties: Maintain reception area, Handle mail, Update customer records, Process payments and receipts.

- Communication: Liaise with repair team, Inform customers on repair status.

- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve complaints professionally, Conduct follow-up calls, Gather feedback for improvements.

- Front Desk Sales: Promote and sell services/products, Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, Upsell and cross-sell.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or front office role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.

Package between BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month + Accommodation + Visa + Incentives. Based on experience and track record)
