This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Who We Are

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking an Executive Assistant to be assigned to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar to support senior leadership of SPACECENT. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the front office and procedures. They will be a key member of the team and will work very closely with other leadership in other department to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.



In addition to your base salary this role will help with housing and other necessitates required to reside in Qatar.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar and schedule all VTCs (at multiple classification levels).
  • Support several senior level leaders.
  • Responsible for continuity during rotational turnover (every 6 months).
  • Create process and procedures.
  • Track all tasks and respond accordingly to appropriate people with specific information.
  • Review all correspondence that flows to/from leadership to ensure all correspondence is properly formatted, completed, and ready for leadership signature, etc. to include but not limited to the Policy, Award/DECs, and Orders.
  • Coordinate with HQ (Tampa) staff regarding SPACECENT Commander and/or Senior Enlisted Leader (Chief) visits.
  • Perform all DTS and travel preparations.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative roles support leadership.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI

Preferred Requirements

  • Previously supported O-6 leadership.
  • Prior military service.

Physical Requirements

This position may be located in an environment with harsh and dangerous working and living conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert-like environment. Temperatures can reach 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit / 50-55 degrees Celsius during the summer months. Employees must be willing and able to perform regular job requirements in this austere, extreme environment.
