For our Qualitative Research team in Cairo, Kantar is looking for an Account Manager to help deliver digital and operational excellence to the world's leading clients across diverse markets.
Our insights colleagues are experts in human understanding. With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to disrupt and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.
This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.

  • Business development
  • Project design
  • Project management & client servicing
  • Moderation
  • Personal & team management & development
  • Organisational management & external promotion
The skills & experience you’ll need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration or any relevant degree;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing high volume qualitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience;
  • Experience with brand equity studies, segmentation, U&As, concept/product testing as well as consumer profiling;
  • Experience in moderation across various methodologies;
  • Ability to deliver on actionable, creative & insightful analytical report – with a clear and structured storyline and thorough way forward;
  • A flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity.
