Job Description

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Managing meeting rooms availability
  • Managing breakfast/ lunch meetings with MD and clients
  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily courier
  • Handling driver schedules
  • Recording and maintaining office expenses (stationery, pantry items)
  • Coordinating internal and external events and conventions
  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture
  • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
  • Deal with special requests from Guests- pick and drop service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars (birthdays)
  • Check visitors in and direct them to specific destinations
  • Inform other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
  • Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
