Job Description
Identifying potential clients and generating leads
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Handling objections and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submitting TSS in vendor list of suppliers and manufacturers in contracting companies.
Focus on mega projects and build relationships with people at sites.
Taking signage packages for study and pricing.
Provide quotations to clients (follow-up, discussion, negotiation, knowledge of competitors).
Commercial matters (contracts, payments, collection).
Responsibility for submitting Drawings and submittals and getting approved by the client.
Sending RFF to the technical department (after receiving the advance payment).
Follow-up supply and installation (coordination between Signage dept and clients).
Issuing invoices according to reports from the operation and installation department.
Clients Relationship Management and Establish strong relationships with prospective clients.
Understand client’s needs and provide appropriate signage solutions.
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to make long-term relationships.
