Urgent Hiring for Digital Project Manager

About the Role:
- Define and maintain detailed project management documentation including project plans, Gantt charts, Risk Register, design and project briefs, performance and change requests, resourcing updates, specification and performance against budget to ensure that all projects are on track and in budget.
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies by focusing on and applying Agile framework and value prioritization principles.
- Establish accurate and self-service reports and dashboards with Power BI – including projects and products status throughout their lifecycle and overall departmental ORKs status - Been able to automate self-service reports connecting Power Bi with other systems data sources (such as Azure DevOps)
- Demonstrates ability to influence and manage stakeholders, effectively guiding teams and fostering strong relationships across key stakeholders to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and control budgets and operating plans and write project funding proposals and funding plan which is supported, sustainable, and which will guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services and maximize return on investment.
- Desirable – project management related certifications (for example PMP, ACP, PgMP, Scrum Certified etc)
- Tools:
- Power Bi (Expert level)
- Azure DevOps
- Power Point, Excel (Expert level)
- Project Planning Tools (like MS Project etc)
