Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Female Help Desk Customer Service Representative, who will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking information about our holiday homes. who will assist with reservations, provide detailed property information, and address any issues or special requests that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions about holiday home availability, pricing, features, and booking processes.
  • Process Reservations: Assist customers with booking holiday homes, including checking availability, confirming reservations, and processing payments.
  • Provide Property Details: Offer comprehensive information about properties, including amenities, locations, and nearby attractions.
  • Address Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues related to their stay, including handling special requests and changes to reservations.
  • Update Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and special requests in our system.
  • Promote Services: Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer’s holiday experience.
  • Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
