Job Description


We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and retaining corporate clients. This role demands a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales plans, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.


Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue high-value corporate accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Business Analysis and Performance Management

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our recruitment solutions, such as Resume Database and Job Postings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
