Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue high-value corporate accounts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Analysis and Performance Management
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our recruitment solutions, such as Resume Database and Job Postings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
