Role: Oracle HCM Consultant

Job Description:

As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of Oracle HCM modules. You will leverage your experience in full-cycle implementations to lead projects from inception to go-live, with a focus on GCC-specific HR practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, with at least two full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Demonstrated experience working on Oracle HCM projects within the GCC region, with a deep understanding of local HR policies and labor laws.
• Proficient in configuring and implementing various Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
