Job Description

  • Execute company’s sales strategies and achieve the revenue growth.
  • Develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve their performance.
  • Establish sales targets and performance goals for the sales team as per the company’s business objectives.
  • Establish partnerships with organizations like municipalities and other government entities to pursue new government initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities and update the sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, detailing sales performance, revenue generation, and market trends as per set frequency.
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reviews with the sales team to analyse the performance and implement necessary actions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve sales processes.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and aligned with revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Proposal team to ensure the proposals are submitted to customers on time. Provide prompt feedback from customers to the Proposal team to enhance the quality of proposals.
  • Identify Sales tools in the market to enhance the data mining and presales process. Present business cases for these tools to management to improve the overall sales process.
  • Oversee the use of sales modules in ERP systems to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
  • Support the management in implementing the strategic initiatives and contribute to achieving the business goals.
