Job Description
Project Engineers is responsible to manage the planning and processes of a project activities and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully.
- Conduct regular coordination with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
- Prepare the required documents as per client’s formats and submit for approval.
- Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
- Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.
- Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.
- Document and report project progress to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of Quality and Safety at work base.
- Coordinate with Clients Safety Officer as per site requirements.
- Prepare the Invoices and submit to client for approval.
- Provide training to team members as per job requirement.
