Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic development and client relationship management, leveraging their expertise in technology solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Generate leads through effective networking, cold calling, and other strategic sales initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable technology solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with technical and consulting teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide valuable feedback to product development teams based on client interactions.
Sales and Marketing Activities:
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations to clients.
- Participate actively in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and comprehensive business development reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the technology development, consulting, and services sector.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
