Job Description

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advertising and marketing sectors.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

  • Identify potential clients and establish contact through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Utilize insights to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Proposal & Presentation Development:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate our service value.
  • Customize advertising solutions to meet client objectives and budgets.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure clear communication of contract terms and service expectations with clients and internal teams.

Sales Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, production, and event management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
