Position Overview:
As a Junior Sales Engineer at Finpower Aircon LLC, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, developing customer relationships, and driving the sales of our HVAC products and services. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for professional growth and development in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Participate in client visits and assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track progress and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Must have experience in Sales of Mechanical or Electrical Equipment's
- Having Sales experience in HVAC is a plus
- Strong interest in HVAC systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or technical support is a plus but not required.
