Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls as necessary in a cordial and timely manner
  • Maintain employee and department directories
  • Provide support to multiple departments to assist with concerns
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries
  • Order and keep the inventory of stock of office and pantry supplies
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, keeping records of office supply inventories and vendor list, sorting and distributing paperwork, etc.
  • Coordinate with Admin department for other clerical responsibilities as may be directed by the Directors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • an EMIRATI NATIONAL ONLY who can join immediately
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills [English and Arabic]
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Knowledge of office management, clerical and administrative procedures
  • Familiarity with office machines, such as printer, scanner, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
