JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls as necessary in a cordial and timely manner
- Maintain employee and department directories
- Provide support to multiple departments to assist with concerns
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries
- Order and keep the inventory of stock of office and pantry supplies
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answering questions and addressing complaints
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, keeping records of office supply inventories and vendor list, sorting and distributing paperwork, etc.
- Coordinate with Admin department for other clerical responsibilities as may be directed by the Directors
QUALIFICATIONS:
- an EMIRATI NATIONAL ONLY who can join immediately
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills [English and Arabic]
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Knowledge of office management, clerical and administrative procedures
- Familiarity with office machines, such as printer, scanner, etc.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
