In this role, you’ll manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that all MEP, AC, and kitchen equipment are in top condition. Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance function across all outlets, focusing on MEP, AC, and kitchen equipment.
• Manage and lead the maintenance team, including maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical maintenance experience within the restaurant chain sector.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
• Extensive knowledge of MEP, AC systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
