Job Description
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of interior fitout projects from planning to completion.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, controlling costs where possible.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, motivating them to achieve project goals.
