Job Description
We are looking at two individual positions - Accountant and Logistics and Supply Chain Management Executive respectively
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to join our dynamic team.
1. ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally accounting software.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. Analyze variances and trends to provide insights into business performance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts based on financial data and business trends. Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure VAT and Corporate Tax compliance as per federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- Audit Support: Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Implement audit recommendations to improve internal controls.
- Financial Analysis and Cash Flow Planning : Preparation of Cash Flow forecast and Prioritization of Fund Flow
- Compliance and Controls: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to support business goals and initiatives.
2.Logistics and Supply Chain Management Executive
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the international cross trade and Local shipping of products from one destination to another.
- Experience / Knowledge in handling DG Goods Import Export
- Be the one point contact between customer, factory and shipping lines / all export documentation
- Sales Coordination - Responsible for preparing or handling documents such as Purchase Orders, Proforma Invoice, Airway Bills, Ocean Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of origin, Bill of entry , LC documentation
- Special / country specific requirements such as PVOC and COC certification
- Arranging customs clearance for Import & Export shipments by sea, air or land transport.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation, to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.
- Maintaining records for shipment and inventory documents to keep all records accurate and up to date.
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met. Ability to negotiate Freight Quotes from Shipping lines/Freight Agents
- Stay up to date with import and export regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures in various countries.
