Position Summary:

As the Executive of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will lead a high-performing sales team, establish strong customer relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in technology sales and marketing, including experience in cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team is motivated and equipped to achieve them.
  • Ensure quarterly budgets are met or exceeded, with sales incentives aligned with achieving these targets.

2. Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Utilize online sales techniques to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.

4. Market Expansion:

  • Drive market expansion efforts to increase the company's presence in existing and new markets.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

6. Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales techniques to drive lead generation and conversion.

7. Product and Market Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
  • Focus on selling technology products including Websites & Web based solutions, Mobile apps, Odoo ERP, Software Testing, and DevOps services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in selling technology products, particularly ERP systems, Software Testing, and DevOps services.
  • Strong understanding of the global market dynamics and ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales.
  • Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
