Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HSE Engineer with 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess a mandatory NEBOSH certification and have extensive onsite experience. As a Senior HSE Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance in our operations, providing leadership and expertise to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee HSE activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE procedures and protocols.
- Provide onsite support and leadership to ensure safe operations.
- Mentor and train junior HSE staff and contractors on best practices.
- Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in HSE within the oil and gas industry.- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Extensive onsite experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
