Job description
Job Purpose
Maintain the orderliness of company facilities such as office, accommodation and store outlets. To assist the operations in managing the building construction and maintenance, schedules and repair of equipment. To ensure that operations are running efficiently by attending to general maintenance, transportation and accommodation requirement.
Job Duties
Responsible to day to day operations of general building construction and maintenance related tasks, transportation, accommodation and security. Prepare the schedules, proper coordination and attends to technical issues in all store outlets and construction sites. Promote the security and safety conditions of entire facilities and the employees.
Job Qualifications
Diploma in Engineering or any related course with a combination of education and experience
Worked at least two (2) years of experience preferable from construction, food and beverage or hospitality industry.
Knowledgeable in obtaining necessary permit for building construction. Ability to understand construction plan.

Proficient in MS Office
Excellent coordination skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner
