Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for sales activities, managing profitability and operational integrity of the off-plan team and providing overall leadership for the team.
• Should have (off plan focused) real estate experience in Dubai for more than 5 years out of which atleast 3 should have been as a manager (managing a team of brokers)

Education and Requirements:

Well educated with a Masters Degree or atleast a Bachelor's

Should have valid UAE driving license

Arabic Speaker - Mandatory requirement

Budget :

24K + Commissions + standard benefits

Outstanding candidates can be proposed for a higher salary as well.
