Frac Operator - GET Global Group

About the Role:

As a Frac Operator at GET Global Group, you will play a vital role in our well stimulation operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of fracturing equipment, ensuring optimal well performance. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain fracturing equipment, including pumps, blenders, and separators
• Monitor wellbore pressure and fluid flow during fracturing operations
• Perform pre-job safety checks and ensure adherence to all safety protocols
• Assist with the setup, rigging, and teardown of fracturing equipment
• Record and maintain accurate data throughout the fracturing process
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably in fracturing
• Strong understanding of fracturing principles and equipment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, and travel as required
