Job Responsibilities
- Cold Calling Efficiency: Proactively engage in cold calling to generate and qualify new leads. Demonstrate expertise in converting cold calls into potential clients.
- Focused Selling: Develop and implement strategic selling techniques to effectively target potential buyers and sellers, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Sales Responsibility: Take full ownership of the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring all steps are completed with precision and professionalism.
- Lead Management: Efficiently manage and nurture leads provided by the company, prioritizing follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Daily Sales Reports (DSR): Maintain thorough and accurate daily sales reports, providing insights into performance metrics, pipeline status, and next steps for lead conversion.
- Target Fulfillment: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, consistently achieving one deal closure per month. Strive to surpass expectations, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
