Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Channel Sales Lead to join our team in the

MENA region.

The ideal candidate will assist in developing, managing, and expanding

relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

o Identify and onboard new channel partners in the MENA region.

o Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing partners.

o Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through channel partners

to achieve forecasted sales targets and revenue goals for the territory.

o Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, marketing strategies, and

sales initiatives.

o Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and reports

to senior management.

  • Training and Support:

o Provide support to channel partners on S2MGT's products, solutions, and

sales processes.

o Ensure partners have access to necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to

effectively sell S2MGT's solutions.

  • Market Analysis and Expansion:

o Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends

within the MENA region.

o Develop a basic understanding of the competitive landscape and suggest

strategy adaptations accordingly.

o Assist in expanding S2MGT's presence and market share in the region

through effective partner engagement.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

o Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management,

and customer support, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

o Serve as a point of contact for channel partners, addressing any issues,

concerns, or inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience (1-3 years) in channel sales, or partner management within the software

or technology industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive and results-oriented

mindset.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in application packaging, virtualization, or modernization

solutions.

  • Multilingual skills, with proficiency in English, Arabic and/or Hindu.
  • Basic understanding of the MENA region’s market dynamics, cultural nuances, and

business practices is a plus.
