SRCC is looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. This role requires expertise in plumbing techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system malfunctions.
Assemble, install, and repair appliances and fixtures like sinks, toilets, water heaters, and dishwashers.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation and repair.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certification in plumbing or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber technician in UAE.
Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
Experience with advanced plumbing systems such as solar water heaters or energy-efficient fixtures.
Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly plumbing practices.
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations in the UAE.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
