We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor with expertise in Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and pumping stations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of managing construction and maintenance projects in water treatment facilities. Familiarity with TRANSCO competency standards is essential.
The candidate must have 6-7 years of relevant experience in UAE related to pumping station and RO plant. Previous work experience with AADC/ADDC/TRANSCO will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage civil works related to RO plants and pumping stations.
- Ensure compliance with TRANSCO competency standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on progress and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction or maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and changes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum [X] years of experience in civil supervision, specifically in RO plants and pumping stations.
- Strong knowledge of TRANSCO competency standards and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
