Position: Sales Representative
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our services, building relationships with doctors, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our physiotherapy and home health care services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
