We're currently seeking a talented and motivated Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization. As a receptionist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing crucial support to our team members.
· Capacity to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Process deliveries and ensure proper distribution of mails and packages.
· Provide administration support to the team, handling tasks such as faxing, document distribution, booking couriers etc.
· Handling inventory and distribution of office stationaries and equipment.
· Answer phones courteously and efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
· Greet visitors warmly and professionally ensuring a positive impression of our company.
· Directing visitors to the appropriate staff member or departments and handling basic inquiries.
· Booking courier and maintain courier data for each department.
· Procurement list to vendor of the daily stationaries and pantry requisites every month.
· Compose and send professional emails, delivery notes and correspondences.
· Manage reception area, maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
· Schedule appointments and manage calendar for designated staff members.
· Maintain accurate and up to date records and filing of requisition and visitor’s records.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar or related position
· Bilingual – English Mandatory.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
· A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
