Position Overview :
- Conducting regular inspections of properties and facilities to ensure that all is in order.
- Marketing vacant apartments, houses or buildings on behalf of property owners.
- Providing owners with regular updates and reports and making relevant recommendations.
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
- Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
- Professionals who focus on meeting the needs of clients while driving the commercial objectives of their employer.
- Work in almost every industry to provide a positive client experience and increase sales and customer retention.
- Dubai Real Estate experience is a must .
