Position Summary:


We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years in social media management and digital marketing. Experience in the fintech or forex industry is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will take the lead in developing and executing our social media strategies, driving brand awareness, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Metrics Analysis:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all social media platforms, including engagement rates, follower growth, reach, and conversions.
    • Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in social media performance.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time tracking of social media metrics.
  • Content Creation & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging, relevant, and impactful content for social media, blogs, videos, and other digital channels.
    • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
    • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement across all platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Implement and manage social media campaigns, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to inquiries.
    • Create and update social media pages, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest company information.
    • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Continuously assess and refine social media strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
    • Test and implement new digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance overall performance.
    • Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitors' strategies.
    • Identify and leverage new opportunities for growth and audience engagement within the fintech and forex space.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, social media metrics, and key insights for the marketing team and senior management.
    • Clearly communicate findings, strategies, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Educational and Skill requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media metrics analysis, content creation, and strategy implementation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in the fintech or forex industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
