We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive who will manage the export business, including marketing and sales activities, and should have substantial experience in the export-import sector. A background in medical equipment sales will be considered a significant advantage. This role is based in Dubai with frequent travel to Ethiopia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the export business.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of products.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Ethiopia.
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
