Job Description

Manpower Planning for effective resource utilization / mobilization of additional personnel.

Sourcing through Job Portals, Linkedin and co-ordinate with recruitment agencies.

Interview Process – Schedule discussion with Managers & Management depending on the

hiring category.

Follow up with managers on technical evaluation forms.

CNIA Pass requests and submission of necessary documents whenever needed to support.

ACCOMODATION & TRANSPORTATION-

Management of lease renewals / terminations in timely manner.

Regular call with staffs staying in the accommodation and resolving issues.

Monthly visit to accommodations and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Transportation – Manage vehicles and drivers to ensure smooth functioning of projects and

Manpower Projection – Coordinate with planning team to follow-up with managers to share

information and resolve gaps/discrepancies post the meeting to ensure adequate resources

on projects and effective utilization of resources.

APPRAISAL – Co-ordinating with HOD’s and management and running the appraisal cycle for

recommended employees and ensuring necessary communications to employees &

managers once approved by the management.

EXITS - Discuss with resigned employees, understand the issues and try to retain talents

after discussion with management.

HR Policies - Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

from time to time. Aligning organization policies with labor law requirements and industry

standard and establishing the proper application of policies at all levels of the company.

Payroll – Co-ordinate with respective teams for timesheets of all staffs and check for

correctness and run through approval process to ensure timely disbursement of salaries and

compliance to labor laws/WPS requirements.

HR Module – Co-ordinate for the implementation of HR module and ensure HR module is

perpetually used for employee related functions including payroll and timesheets.

Maintenance of Employee records.

Travel to places outside UAE for recruitment as and when needed.

Emiratization requirements – Ensure compliance to MOHRE requirements from time to

time.

offshore medicals as needed for security passes and HSE compliance.

Manage functions of receptionist & PRO.
