Description Quantity Surveyor based in the UAE interested in a New Towers Project ? 5 Minutes drive from DIFC in Central Dubai.
Reporting directly into an Irish Project Commercial Manager you will be handling 2 Junior Quantity Surveyors
Project - Value 710 Million
- 3 Commercial Towers off a Podium
- 19 Month Program
- Bespoke FIDIC contract
Following is critical for a positive application
- You understand it’s a 6 day week / 11 day fortnight
- Strong Communication skills through the interview & hiring process
- Must have Main Contractor experience on Buildings in a relevant position
- Degree Educated
- Must be based in the UAE at present to be considered for a face to face interview

- Over the past 20 Years they have delivered some iconic Malls, 5 * Hotels , High Rise & Airport Projects
Responsibilities - Cost Value Reports
- Contract administration of the sub contracts
- Managing forecasts, cash flow & payment certifications
- Take offs & Bills of Quantities
- Payment certification
- Sub-contract management
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience: - Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 4 Years Minimum UAE experience for a Tier 1 or 2 Buildings Main contractor
- 8 Years Post graduate experience
- Degree is in hand , attested for visa processing and transfer
- Excellent communication needed
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
