Description Senior Quantity Surveyor based in the UAE interested in a NEWLY awarded Boutique Exclusive 5* Hotel (Beach Resort & Spa) Based 15 Minutes Drive from the Flagpole on the Jumeriah area of DXB.
Reporting directly into a British Senior Commercial Manager .
You will be based on site handling a team of 5 -7 Intermediate & Junior Surveyors.
Project - Value 1.3 Billion AED
- 5* Hotel (with everything you would expect)
- 30 Month Program
- Bespoke FIDIC contract for
Following is critical
- Strong Communication skills through the interview & hiring process
- Able to client face and chair meetings with sub-contractors
- Must have UAE Main Contractor experience on Buildings as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Degree Educated – Attested & in hand
- Must be based in the UAE at present to be considered for a face to face interview

- In house capabilities with MEP, Modular, Joinery , Interiors , Scaffolding & Piling
- Major Projects from 900 Million to 4.1 Billion AED as Biggest ever delivered
- Major Shopping Malls, Hotels , Airport Terminals , High Rise Towers, Government & Healthcare
Responsibilities - Cost Value Reports
- Contract administration of the sub contracts
- Managing forecasts, cash flow & payment certifications
- Sub-contract management
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 6 Years Minimum UAE experience for a Tier 1 or 2 Buildings Main contractor
- 10 Years Post graduate experience
- Degree is in hand , attested for visa processing and transfer
- Excellent communication needed
- Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
