Our Client, a prestigious luxury jeweler with over 13 boutiques in the GCC and a growing presence in the USA, is looking to fill in the CEO position.
Position Summary:
As the CEO, you will lead the company's strategic direction, oversee operations, and ensure financial health. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in luxury retail and a proven track record in driving growth and managing high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's strategic vision for growth and market leadership.
- Identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury jewelry sector.
- Promote innovation and excellence within the company.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Implement best practices in retail and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
- Manage the budget and financial performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Drive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate the executive team and staff.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Ensure a superior customer experience across all channels.
- Address and resolve customer feedback effectively.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Identify and manage risks associated with business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role in the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of retail management, financial planning, and marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the GCC market is advantageous.
