Work closely with operations to identify system enhancements required
Prepare needed CRs (Change Requests) to implement needed enhancements
Follow up with System Support Team on open CRs and ensure proper deployments and implementations for required enhancements.
Tracking and report CR status
Support operation in major incidents escalations
Work with System Engineering team to identify systems bugs
T roubleshooting issues as they arise.
Collaborating with Operations/IT professionals to improve overall system performance and processes.
Tracking and reporting of incidents status.
Plays a key role in training and onboarding new team members. This includes developing training materials.
Providing ongoing support to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the systems in place.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in IT field.
Experience not less than 2 years in warehouses operations.
Experience in using WMS as key user (Infor/Manhattan/SAP/Oracle these WMS are plus).
Experience in SQL is a plus.
Experience in systems integrations is a plus.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Problem analysis and troubleshooting skill.
Process oriented and documentation skill.
Project management skill is a plus.
