Role
Ensures testing plans are in place and executed in a
timely manner
• Ensures all testing entry criteria and dependencies
are met by the vendor
• Follow up on testing activities with the vendor
• Review testing activities in the vendor’s plan prior
to re-baselining
• Validates the testing status and progress, defects
priority, and testing sessions MoMs
• Manages the sign-off process and reviews sign off
forms
• Conducts backlog management and coordinates
with the vendor
• Validate testing reports
• Review and validate test scenarios and test cases.
• Supports in resolving testing issues
• Reviews and validates defects categorization
• Supports in testing allocations to DIT and business
and coordinating testing sessions
• Follow up with stakeholders for defects
re-testing and closure
Performs spot checks on UAT sessions to ensure
sessions are performed as planned
• Conducts impact assessment on potential project
delays based on testing status and defects count
• Conducts defects analysis
• Prepares testing reports
