- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in finance management within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proven experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial software SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
