Marsh KSA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager - Global Health and Benefits  with a strong background in Account Management to join our dynamic team. As a Supervisor II - Account Management, you will be responsible for training and overseeing the performance of support staff and junior colleagues, ensuring the team is properly staffed to meet client needs.

Client Manager - Global Health and Benefits

What can you expect:

  • Trains, mentors, and oversees performance management for senior level support staff and junior level professional colleagues.
  • Coordinates workload of team members and ensures the team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
  • Performs critical client functions, including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, and developing solutions.
  • Articulates the impact of options and leverages prepared analytics to make recommendations to clients across product lines.
  • Works with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Strives to meet sales goals by partnering with more senior Account Managers.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Serves as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
  • Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and complies with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards to better serve clients.
