We are seeking an experienced Skin Care Trainer who is adept in both skin care techniques and instructional skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skin care practices, proven experience in training others, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others excel in the industry.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs on skin care techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Assess and enhance the skills of trainees through practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and evaluations.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and multimedia resources to support educational objectives.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops to address individual and team learning needs.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to ensure training content is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the team to tailor training programs to meet specific business goals and client needs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
