Safety Engineer: Develop and implement safety plans to ensure a safe working environment by implementing the company safety management system, environmental management system and support project activities during detail design, construction and commissioning phase of the project. Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment. Evaluate the effectiveness of various the control mechanisms etc.
Quantity Surveyors (Civil and MEP): Core responsibility is to Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. To calculate material needs and map out project timelines. Should liaise closely with all teams to keep the job on track. Day-to-day Oversee contract administration, tendering processes, and cost control measures. Analyse outcomes and provide budget/progress reports. Advise on claims, disputes and any contractual issues.
QA/QC Engineer (Civil and MEP): Implement the QA/QC management system at site. Coordinate all quality matters & inspections with all the stake holders on site and all material receipt inspections. Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors. Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
Planning Engineer: Responsible of laying out the framework that guides a project's progression from initiation to completion. Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones. Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
Draughtsman (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): Generate/Create detailed engineering 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using AutoCAD, BIM and Revit software. Edit technical draughts based on the recommendations of Project Mangers & Engineers and Architects. Outline the project’s construction process on the technical drawings.
System Administrator: Extensive experience in IT ecosystem. They must have working experience of the standard operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux or Unix. Should also be proficient in database management, security protocols, networking and hardware maintenance. Need to do the documentation process to create user manuals.
