Are you passionate about driving organizational excellence and maximizing shareholder value? Our client, a prestigious semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Talent Strategy Lead for their Portfolio Leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with investment directors, shape human capital strategy, and elevate the performance of their portfolio companies.

Responsibilities:

Advise portfolio companies on HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
Drive organizational efficiency through workforce planning and change management.
Evaluate performance management systems to foster growth and impact.
Provide M&A talent due diligence for potential investments.
Shape post-deal leadership and talent plans.
Design optimal leadership structures.
Evaluate CEO and direct reports' performance within operating companies.
Ensure robust succession plans for key leadership roles.
Proactively advise Portfolio Managers, Boards, and HR Committees.
Guide portfolio company Board members on people and talent matters.
Participate in relevant HR program steering committees.
Prepare insightful reports and benchmark analyses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years in Human Resources Management.
Knowledge of cutting-edge HR trends and practices.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Expertise spanning Performance Management, Talent Management, People Analytics, Organization Design, HR Due Diligence, Executive Rewards, and Executive Assessments.
Candidates with consulting backgrounds are preferred.
