Job Description


1. Business Development & Sales: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales, secure long-term commitments and achieve the set revenue targets.


2. Renewal and Upsell Opportunities: Identify renewal opportunities and upsell additional services or features to existing clients. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.


3. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating on their behalf within the company and ensuring their needs are met.


4. Client Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully utilizing the features and capabilities of our solution. Provide ongoing support and address any issues or questions that arise.


5. Usage Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor client usage and proactively identify opportunities to optimize their experience and drive increased engagement. Provide recommendations for additional resources that may benefit clients.


6. Marketing & Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Utilize digital marketing tools and social media to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.


7. Customer Feedback and Insights: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the platform and communicate this feedback to the product development team and the business development to inform future enhancements and updates. Use client insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.


8. Customer Success Metrics: Track key metrics related to customer satisfaction, usage, and retention. Develop strategies to improve these metrics and drive overall customer success.
