Job Description

· Responsible and accountable for ensuring the proper upkeeping & maintenance of the camp as per the statutory requirements.

· Responsible for the allotment of employees as per the requirements of the divisions.

· Responsible and accountable for understanding the requirements of the camp employees through continuous interaction & facilitating in arranging the infrastructure needs

· Facilitates in creating a friendly environment in the labor camp

· Responsible and accountable for instilling discipline among the camp employees

· Responsible and accountable for monitoring & controlling illegal & unethical activities in the labor camp

· Responsible for overseeing the catering function

· Responsible and accountable for periodically reviewing the performance of the team and ensuring they meet the objectives

· Responsible for preparing periodic MIS reports of camp management.

Key Performance Indicators

· Timely allotment of accommodation as per the divisions requirements

· Effectively resolving conflicts among camp employees

· Cost savings to the camp by proper preventive & corrective maintenance.

· Timely submission of MIS reports

· Training & providing performance feedback to the subordinates
