Description Focus will be working on a newly awarded Mixed Use Development & Shopping Mall both based 25 Minutes Drive from Dubai Marina.
The total cost of the MEP to be awarded is in the region of 600 Million AED.
You will know the tricks of the trade to pull apart progress vs actual and costs vs reality.
You will understand the trials and tribulations of the UAE market so will be able to add value quickly due to past experiences and learnings.
This is not a role for someone fresh into the region!
Client is looking for an MEP Senior Planner that has a track record on complex and challenging Design & Build Projects such as:
- Airport Terminals
- Hospitals
- High Rise & Residential
- Data Centers
- Shopping Malls
- Hotels
You will have a strong knowledge of the local UAE Market.
Knowing developers, consultants and the supply chain. You will be able to sit on site as a No1 MEP Planner looking at all aspects of the program and build process.
- Have you handled MEP Sub Contracts as No1 Planner worth 150 Million AED +

Skills & Experience * Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us!!)
- Analytical and methodical approach to work
- Sound MEP Engineering background on site as a Project Planner
- P6 Software
Criteria - Track record in Main Contractors & MEP Sub Contractors in the UAE as a MEP Planner / Senior Planner ?
- Degree Educated - Mech or Elec with clear Engineer experience
- Minimum of 7 Years Post Graduate Experience
- Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with MEP Sub Contractors, Client and Consultant.
- Candidates must have prior UAE Experience in suitable position
- This person will be able to start employment before Early November 2024 absolute latest
- Solid employment periods & Employers as viewed by NSR Associates
