What you will need to do:
- Ensure that his crew is educated with the HSE rules and fully comply with them.
- Coordinate with other project sections to achieve the above target.
- Ensure that the required resources are available on time.
- Identify problems and resolve them.
- Provide the required technical documentation to his team.
- Ensure timely request for necessary resources, materials, tools etc.
- Maintain and provide details of the work progress.
- Ensure that the works are performed at the required quality standards.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
- Responsible for overall Site Management
- Coordinate with Project management team
- Coordinate and be liaison with the Customer appointed Site Coordinator.
- Enforcing adherence to contractual scope to all involved parties: employees, subcontractors or vendors, but must importantly to the customer.
- Assignment and Supervision of duties to Site Engineers and appointed Sub-contractors.
- Material Control and Logistics coordination
- Progress Control and Review.
What you will need to have:
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position
- At least 5 years of experience as Section Head in Oil & Gas projects (pipeline, well head)
- At least 5 years have been devoted to the management and supervision of major installation and revamp projects for the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge on construction methods in building project is a must.
- Gulf experience is preferred (ADNOC experience will be highly preferrable).
- Good command in English both oral and written.
- Engineering and site installation, changeover and commissioning experience
