Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing a variety of Asian cuisines and possess a creative flair for cooking. You will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes, ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Indian, Arabic, Pakistani, and other Asian cuisines.
• Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the menu.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indian, Arabic, Pakistani, and Asian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Creative and passionate about food with a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• chef/Cook: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cook in UAE: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Sharjah (Preferred)
