Job Description

  • Oversee clinical operations between Optometry department & Orthoptics department to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with health regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, fostering a collaborative environment among allied health professionals within both teams (Optom & Orthop)
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service efficiency, focusing on data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing funding opportunities.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of allied health staff, promoting professional development and skill enhancement.
